I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from AF Auto. My alternator died while traveling through DC on my way home to MA. I found this shop on Google and called. The owner sent his tow truck friend and ordered the alternator before we arrived. They put in a new alternator within 2 hours at a very fair price. If I lived near DC this would be my mechanic. Just amazing.

This auto shop is excellent! The guys work really well together. They do NOT cheat you and they are very reasonable in price! They fixed my brakes and I didn't have any more trouble with the car shaking when I was coming to a stop! They will soon fix my compressor next week! I'm very grateful for their expertise. As a woman, I feel very comfortable coming here!!!

My tailgate would not unlock. I set up time to come by thinking it was broken. After a lot of WD40 and wiggling, they got it open and able to lock again. I wasn't charged anything, they let me know what parts to look for on Amazon before coming back. It was such a friendly and welcoming experience!
