I had my appointment with Dr. Elena Garcia , and she took the time to sit down with me, listen to my concerns and address any issues or questions that I had. She shared her knowledge and expertise and made me feel that my health was important not only to myself but also to her. It was an honest feeling of caring, which is so rare. I Highly Reccomend

If I can give ZERO stars, I would. This facility is completely inconsiderate of its patients and have no sense of urgency to treat their patients. I had an appointment back in August and they were supposed to order a CPAP machine. It’s been 4 months and I still have yet to receive anything. I have called for updates numerous times and they just give the same answer, that they will reach out. They just give you the run around and don’t put forth an effort to help. Dr. Schlett’s nurse team is god awful, specifically Neyda Moncayo and Dorinda Seay. I highly recommend AGAINST using to this facility for any kind of health treatment.

Dr. Rodriguez was awesome, glad to finally have a doctor that asks questions and wants to get to the bottom of my specific issues. Was very comfortable. Office staff were very nice. I'm a new patient here and hope to be for the foreseeable future if things continue this well. Phlebotomist was very good, too! Quick and painless!

I have been a patient here for over ten years and Dr. Leticia Seay, Miriam and Faith have been a constant source of stability in my life. This office has always offered a safe environment and excellent customer service!!! Honestly could never think of going anywhere else... EVER. They have always met my needs with compassion and excellent service. I work in dentistry as a hygienist and have always referred my patients here because I feel like they treat me like a family member and not just a patient. I appreciate everything they have done for me and anyone I have referred.

If you need doctors who care, stop and research another place. Because the owner/doctor of this practice Dr. Elena Garcia owns the medical practice and the aesthetics practice this practice preys on women to price gouge and inflate services. They are a true representation of why and how the medical and pharmaceutical industry is sucking sick and desperate Americans dry. 0/10 do not give them one cent.

Dr Koshy is my doctor there and she has been wonderful. It's my first time in a long time to see a different PCP, so I was pretty nervous. She truly seems to care about my well-being. I am so thankful to have a dr that is able to answer any questions I might have regarding my health, and to offer any suggestions she might have

I wrote this above review 2 years ago when Dr Koshy was still working with this practice. She has left now and this practice, is hard to get in touch with regarding prescription refills, which should be and used to be easy when I was able to be in touch with a dr that seemed to care. I sent a refill request off yesterday and was told it was to soon, even though at my last visit I was asked to submit my refills 3 days ahead of time so I was never without my medication. I was told I would need to wait until tomorrow, ok well tomorrow is here and they close in 45 min. I have emailed several messages hoping that someone will fill it before I go out of town for a week literally in one hour! Definitely do not recommend this practice especially since they continue to loose dr’s. Apparently I’m not the only one with Problems on the way things are run here either!! Poor customer service! I honestly just don’t understand why I am the one being punished for going out of town one day before my prescription is due! It has never posed a problem in the past! I now have to go out of town for two weeks without my medicine! So frustrating!

Have called multiple times to get results, always immediately forwarded to the nurses voicemail, I have left voicemails with still no returned phone call with my results. On the verge of driving up there to speak with an actual person. After my results are read to me it will be my final visit. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Dr Koshy is great, but seeing as she is not available at this time, everything has seemed to have gone to hell in a handbasket. Since I have been waiting for serious blood results for at least 3 days, after they tole me it would be next day, I am sure I can not be the only one.

Not sure who is the manager of the office staff, but someone needs to do some "spring cleaning". I really don't appreciate the rude staff. Every time; on the phone and in person they act like they're doing you a huge favor. What happened to customer service skills ? How about some courtesy and less attitude ? BUT if you can put up with all that - doctor Simi Koshy is amazing. She takes time to listen and answer your questions. Every time I visit she is right on point with the diagnosis. She is a wonderful doctor and just a nice human being to be around.
