The seller is honest and responds to your questions, Sends the right product, uses right channels of delivery to ensure that the product reaches out to you. Though it has taken longer than usual for product to reach me, I am happy that the wait is worth. Though I will be more happy with a little lesser price, I guess I will have to be content as "quality always comes with a price tag". have had a very underwhelming and stressful experience with this company. I’ve given multiple chances for resend of product that has been lost in transit AND sent to the wrong address (which can not be changed). Every few days I get one response saying it will be resent with tracking/express. Then to no surprise no communication or tracking/proof of send. Although I have accepted that there is no package and no refund. I’ve lost a lot of money, & want to raise awareness that this company is hard selling but when something goes wrong they are no help at all. Very disappointed and upset.
