Bought a calming heat warming pad from Bjs wholesale club last January and used it MAYBE 7 times.....it stopped working and now just blinks F ....I CALLED Sharper Image and they referred me to Allstar solutions...I left a voicemail BUT no one had returned my call. And you can not speak to an individual directly. I have called Sharper Image and complained again. In my opinion I would NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING MADE BY OR FOR SHARPER IMAGE ESPECIALLY MADE MY ALLSTAR INNOVATIONS.

After purchasing a large quantity wholesale lot of Allstar Innovations merchandise and having issues with the goods.....
It's been 5 + years later we are still waiting with ZERO help.
No one answers the phones or responds to emails.

I purchased a magic mesh hands free screen door. The box says the size is 83" x 19.5" . I tried to call customer service but could not get a hold of anyone. When I opened the box the product was 10" too short . Please respond.

I have been working with Allstar since the days of Bump It.
I have had nothing but great memories and experiences working with the staff.
Mainly I have worked with Chloe and Teresa, however whenever I have worked with any other staff members on their projects they have always been consistently helpful with any questions I may have about the product details and expectations from the producers.
Allstar is a fun environment with a great open work studio. I love working along side the crew. It’s always a good time, and looking forward to my next adventure!

I wanted to return a calming heat neck wrap and called customer service. I was connected to a robot who proceeded to offer a medic alert. I could NOT get out if this experience. I was unable to return the product through ALL STAR.

Ordered calming heating pad on Dec. 12 and it still has not been shipped!! And it's Dec. 24. Have not heard an explanation from anyone at the company. WHY? The reviews are stacked with employees or associates of the company making the ratings phony.

Allstar is an amazing company with amazing leadership and employees. I love partnering with their sales team to bring their innovation to Walmart! Own Zone is an amazing item in store now and look for Calming Comfort coming soon! Allstar stands behind their products so buy with confidence! When buying online be sure that your product is authentic and sourced by Allstar and not a low quality third party knock off. Have a great day!
