Zachary was absolutely great! He was helpful, and kind. His demeanor is what makes us repeat clients. However, I have one valid complaint. I have never purchased a vehicle that did not come with a full tank of gas. Since my current purchase while "out of state" was out an emergency. Considering I have to drive across state lines and spent over $20,000 for a vehicle it should be done out of courtesy. Being told this is a corporate policy which for me is not fair. We fully understand the dealership have to pay bills and employees as well. It would be a better look to fuel up vehicles purchased if nothing else to help the client. Heck bury the fill up in the costs of the car purchase or something. Regardless it should be done no matter how expensive or inexpensive the vehicle is. Doing things like that costs, but covers your buyers! The on-site staff deserves 5 stars. This policy gets 2 stars for me.

My experience at Drive Time was everything. My Customer experience guide (Justin Polk) helped me out in so many ways. Not only did he help my wife & I feel comfortable in doing business with him but he was also very knowledgeable about vehicles which can help us out moving forward. I definitely plan on doing more business with Justin & Drive Time in the future.
