Is terrible. By far the worst customer service of ever got pqying my twenty two ninety online. They have caller I d so after you calling compla. Then they tell you , oh fifteen more minutes maximum. But when you call back, they will not answer the phone.They will not return emails.They will not answer the online messenger nothing. I can't even Get a hold of someone to make sure they don't put it To the r I s Because I had to go online and use another company to get it so I could get leased on. Don't use a scam artist's

I submitted form 2290 on 10.18.2024 and the company did not submit it to IRS till 10.24.2024. Calling at the number 316-869-0948, chat, email... did not get any response back, No idea how this company will take care of customers. Complete frustration,,, seems total fraud company...
no one do the business otherwise stuck in the mud like us.
Even not deserving 1 star but i do not have other choice for negative star.

Got the 2290 filed quickly, took a while to get the "efiled" copy back. Watch out for charges later, I agreed to the $10 fee, then 8 days later they charged my card another $100 without ever contacting me. No answer from them on the later charge. I gave them another week to do something about the later charge and nothing... Shady...

UPDATE: They refuned my $100 after a couple more weeks. Yes, the service works, I got my e-filed copy quickly.

Excellent customer service experience. Although I could not get a hold of anyone on the phone, their web chat services were phenomenal. At some point I had clicked a button to file future services and did not realize until I was charged twice while filing. After web chatting, an agent named ALEX, was super fast and helpful to fix my errors.

Their website is super easy to use and helps cut down on time for filing for our business trucks.

UPDATE: After much back and forth they refunded me my $99.99

Scam company do not use. They charged me $12 for filing my 2018-2019 form in early December 2019, which I agreed to and paid. 2 days later they charged me $99.99 fraudulently. I didn't know that, and had them file my 2019-2020 in late December 2019. They charged me their advertised price of $9.99, which I agreed to and paid. When I received my credit card statement, I called about the erroneous $99.99 charge and they said they would fix it. They didn't. So I called my credit card company to dispute. This company disputed my dispute and provided fraudulent receipts to try to prove their charge. If they are going to defraud clients, they should at least be smart enough to know how to do it right. I will be reporting to IRS, BBB, FTC and Attorney General.

In response to the response from the owner - I did not add $99.99 to my "wallet" on your site. Stop trying to cover things up and admit you messed up and refund my money.

I was also charged an additional $99.99 without prior disclosure or approval. i would not recommend this company to anyone. No luck in reaching anyone to try to resolve the issue. The next step is to report to the Better Business Bureau and the IRS as a fraudulent business
