I can't remember the last the PO lost a letter, but I mailed two birthday cards with extra postage to two different addresses in the Bay Area - and 8 days neither had arrived. Cards outside of a Holiday might have money. Mine did - my grandkids got cheated by someone in the path. I blame the 1st point of contact!!!
