It has taken me a lifetime to get to a place of reaching out for help and I am incredibly lucky to have landed where I did in the care of Dr. Sostre to start my journey. The time, patience and understanding that was taken on me is nothing short of incredible. Just speaking alone lightened my shoulders and had me feeling comfortable to take the suggestions and trust the direction my future visits have in store for me. This was not an easy first step to take and I know it is scary to be vulnerable in front of others but I can attest, that so far, this is a very safe space to start ?

I absolutely love and trust my psychiatrist Dr Sostree! The office is lovely and the staff is always so nice. The only negative is I always book an in person appt but when the date comes around I get telemedicine reminders and then have to call to change it and nobody can figure out why. I dont have a half hour to spend on the phone while this person calls that person who has to call another person and not everyone is around at the same time so then they have to call me back and its a giant pain. Hope they get this figured out!

Making a decision to gor back to therapy wasn't a easy one. The nervousness of speaking to someone I don't know was intense, however Ms. Troy made the experience comforting and was easy to speak freely with. I'm looking forward to my next session.

The actual therapy experience was good but the patient portal was not easy to use and the billing dept would not get back to you on questions. That was a pretty frustrating experience as a patient.

If I could give it zero stars i would. I have had THREE therapy sessions with them, and somehow have found myself charged with over $200 in bills. They are in network, and I was NEVER told before or after a session how much I would be paying. I just saw amounts show up on my credit card or be put on my account. Completely unprofessional to never discuss payment or what is expected. Every time I call the payment suite I’m on the phone for half an hour or more waiting for a member of the team to answer. I have a job and do not have this time to be waiting around. My therapist herself was very sweet, but not once when I’ve asked the payment suite twice now have I received an itemized bill or the reasoning for the $41, $81, and $103 charges I am seeing for again, my THREE sessions. The fact that they are refusing to show me some sort of cost breakdown for my services, aside from telling me I have a 20% co-insurance (after I asked why the initial charge, $41, was put on my card) is shady. Just because I am young does not mean you can rob me. Answer my calls, tell me why I owe so much. And tell your patients BEFORE they start if they’ll be paying over $200 out of pocket for their three visits. As a working student, this is completely unreasonable for me and I would have never selected services here if I knew I would be charged this much. Mental health should be for everyone, not just the rich.
