I tried to explain to him, he was already very upset, how is it possible that he can enter Europe if my document is expired? and he responded with total ignorance. And I asked myself, how does this man say that what I showed him in my passport is a visa if he did not have the word VISA anywhere or anything similar to reach that conclusion? Could it be that he was simply looking for an excuse not to serve me? already scratched I told him that I have another passport since I have another nationality, he proceeds to check it and tells me that it is correct, (as if I did not have my main document in order) I immediately responded that my other passport is correct (I cannot allow a stranger try to discredit my identity) and he told me to leave the place because he was not going to help me simply because the don did not like that I defended my reason, he did not help me because they do not want to. I try to explain to an unwitting person that my documents are in order and obviously I'm going to get angry because I'm not trying to abuse anyone by denying me service. I can describe the behavior as xenophobic and exclusive to the person who served me, because there was no explanation to deny me the service.
